The cabin is so cozy it had everything we needed. The view was so amazing, and it was so serene. Such a beautiful, little cabin in peaceful Saint Helena Bay. My partner and I had some car trouble on the way to the cabin, and we eventually arrived hours after our original check-in time on the back of a tow truck. The host, Barbara, was incredibly sweet and accommodating to our situation. Baraba even got ahold of a local mechanic, by the name of Joe, to take a look at the car during our stay. The cabin itself is very private, peaceful, and charming. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay after the car stress had been dealt with. Thank you again, Barbara.

Country Cabin is a cozy and welcoming sanctuary for anyone looking to escape the busy life and get lost in the magic St Helena Bay holds. It was such a delight to receive a wonderful warm welcome from the fabulous owner Barbara. Hubby, our fur kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at Country Cabin, a succulent haven with rolling hills amidst vast countryside. It was truly incredible from relaxing on the patio, swimming in the lovely pool, to our doggies running about in utter bliss and ending off the night with a traditional braai. Watching the sunset from the cabin over the bay of Paternoster was remarkable. Barbara it was stunning meeting you. We will always hold the weekend we had at Country Cabin close to our hearts . Thank you for your kindness and for the succulent spoils you sent home with us. We will be back.

We loved staying in Barbara's Country Cabin, as it was perfect for us as a couple, had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, and the peace and quiet was lovely.
Plenty to do in the area within 30 minutes drive, beaches, lighthouse, restaurants, golf, horse riding, walks etc.
Barbara is a gorgeous hostess, very welcoming, with lots of information about where to go and what to do in the locality.
We so enjoyed just sitting on the verandah in the early morning, having a coffee, and watching the beautiful little greater collared sunbirds feeding on the sugar water bottles that Barbara puts out for them. A little bit of heaven !
